The training of staff is a fundamental part of any project, and one that some organisations overlook. Too often training is treated as a hurried sub-task in the go-live phase.

The Mokum methodology devotes a workstream to training that starts with the Project Scope. We understand that training demands foresight, experience and first-class delivery, like any other part of a project.
