One of our key strengths is the variety of experience and backgrounds of our people. Our team includes former Oracle Applications users from industry, commerce and public sector, technical specialists and experienced management consultants with many years 'big four' experience. We have worked for some of the biggest clients in the Fortune 500 and on some of the biggest Oracle projects that there has been. So we have the experience – and we want to share that with people keen to grow and develop in the Oracle market.

To do that, we have fostered a knowledge sharing culture within the business. There are no barriers between our skills groups – functional consultants, technical developers, database administrators and support analysts – we formulate teams as necessary to deliver to the client and we encourage a flow of ideas, information, skills and experience between the skills groups. The firm’s directors are part of the consultancy team, always accessible to clients and to other Mokum staff. We have regular Communication Events attended by every member of the company and informal social activities are encouraged.
