Our personal training and development programme is based on an assessment of needs that is prepared jointly by the member of staff and their allocated staff manager. Training and development needs cover four specific areas: technical skills, consulting skills, sales and negotiating skills and personal needs. The assessment of needs is reviewed by the firm’s Practice Manager and a training and development plan is the prepared. Every six months, the development plan is reviewed to ensure it remains in line with the individual’s needs.
